Suitable for children aged 3+: Small parts, Choking Hazard

Most kids under 3 like to put small things in their mouths. The sponges are small and some kids like to chew on them. This is why we have a warning. (If in doubt, always apply parental supervision during bath time.)

All Bath Bombs are made of Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate) and Lemon Salt (Citric Acid). To make Bath Sprudels a drop of food colouring is added (like you would use on a cupcake), as well as a mild non-allergenic fragrance, and of course a surprise sponge toy!

Sodium Bicarbonate: Baking Soda/Bicarbonate of Soda - Traditionally added to bath bombs as it aids in drawing out toxins from the body. It also aids in alkalizing your body.

Citric Acid: Lemon Salt - Gives the Bath Sprudel its fizz. It is often used as a food additive. It is a natural acid that is found in fruits and vegetables, such as lemons, and it is what gives fruits or candies a sour taste.

Aqua: is water.

Perfume: Gives our Bath Sprudels their wonderful scent. Only non-allergenic fragrances are used.

Colourants: To give your bath its bright colours, a few drops of food colouring is added.

Don't worry - it won't stain the bath, or your kids!

Bath Sprudels come all the way from Cape Town, South Africa and are original in design and concept. The Bean People focus on job creation, therefore all products are hand made - from the cutting of the shapes, to the colouring and stuffing of the shapes into their tiny capsules. Sprudels are also 100% hand-moulded. They employ women from the local community, as well as special needs adults. Next year they will open up a non-profit school for the children of their staff.

Bath Sprudels are each designed for a one-time fun-filled colourful bath. The sponges are good quality and can be used over and over for memories that will last a lifetime.
